09 / INSTITUTIONAL RELATIONS

Institutional Relations

A point of contact for identifiable institutional matters aligned with Yamanut's current activities and capabilities.

Dialogue with a clear purpose.

Yamanut provides an institutional framework for receiving and assessing external enquiries.

An enquiry should identify the sender, the subject and the requested action. An expression of interest does not itself establish cooperation, a commitment, representation or an agreement.

Enquiries and counterparties.

These are possible enquiry categories, not existing partnerships or guaranteed services.

01

Public institutions

Communications from public bodies, administrations and other institutions about concrete matters.

02

Businesses and organisations

Proposals relating to business activity, technology or potential institutional engagement.

03

Research and technology

Technical and academic enquiries relevant to digital systems and development directions.

04

Press and communications

Requests for public information, clarification or material authorised for editorial use.

No public list of partners or agreements.

This version of the website does not provide a list of partner organisations, signed agreements, representations or joint initiatives. The existence of this channel does not imply that such relationships have been established.

Any relationship disclosed in future should correctly identify the parties, scope and status, following approval for public communication.

How to make an enquiry.

The initial information should be sufficient to assess relevance without unnecessarily exposing confidential content.

01

Identification

Provide a name, the organisation represented where applicable, and a reply address.

02

Subject and context

Briefly explain the reason, essential information and any relevant dates.

03

Institutional assessment

Yamanut may assess relevance and respond through an appropriate channel, without guaranteeing acceptance or a specific deadline.

No implied commitments.

Receiving an enquiry does not constitute approval, a duty to respond, a contractual relationship or permission to use Yamanut's name or identity. Public statements, cooperation and disclosure of materials require specific validation.

Do not send trade secrets, credentials, sensitive data or confidential documentation in an initial enquiry.

Use the institutional channel.

Enquiries are centralised on one Contact page. The Press and Research pages also provide relevant public context.
