04 / KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge

A point of access to Yamanut's research, publications, documents and public archive.

Information organised by purpose.

Each area brings together a distinct type of institutional and technological information.

The structure helps visitors consult available content and identify material still in preparation. Including an area on the website does not mean that a public catalogue of work or records already exists.

Four areas to explore.

These areas distinguish research directions, editorial material, institutional documentation and historical records.

Context, version and status.

Public material should be presented so visitors can understand what they are consulting and how it relates to the institution's activities.

01

Identification

State the purpose and context of the material.

02

Version and date

Provide the relevant version and date where applicable.

03

Status

Distinguish current, historical, superseded or forthcoming material.

04

Public access

Publish only information approved for release, respecting confidentiality obligations.

Updating and preservation.

As new material is prepared for publication, it should be added to the appropriate area. Superseded records suitable for continued public access may be moved to the Archive with their context and status identified.

Questions about public information.

The institutional contact channel is available for enquiries concerning material provided on this website.
